On to Cape Point

After viewing the penguins we had lunch and then drove on to Cape Point which is in the Cape of Good Hope National Park. On the way we had to stop a couple of times because of baboons on the road. People stop to watch the baboons just like they stop to watch the bears in Yellowstone only they do not pull over. Even buses stop in the middle of their lane so there is no moving forward or back. We always roll up our windows because baboons are thieves, and agressive. I do not like them at all. There were a couple of pretty cute babies though. At Cape Point we took the funicular up to the lighthouse way on top. Cape Point is touted as the "most south westerly point of Africa" which led us to believe it was the very ulitmate tip which is is not, but close, and more widely advertized. It even has a restaurant called "Two Oceans Restaurant". Photos were take at Cape Point.
